Position Summary: The Associate Director of Individual Giving & Stewardship is an important member of the Development team, reporting to the Director of Individual Giving & Major Gifts. This person is responsible for annual fundraising strategies to increase membership in the Symphony Society - individual donors giving up to $3,499. This Associate Director will also collaborate with development colleagues to recruit and retain Maestro Society donors of $3,500 and above, including the Board of Counselors, an advisory group of patrons giving $5,000 or higher. Additional responsibilities include the management of specific support groups, including oversight of the fundraising goals for each group. Works with the Membership team and Director of Data Services to identify and cultivate new donor prospects.
